Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice due to changes in material costs or customer requirements.
Order Confirmation
Printing begins only after:
- Design approval from the customer
- Order confirmation
- Required advance payment (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.
Artwork Responsibility
Customers must ensure that all submitted artwork, text, logos, and designs are accurate.
Vikas Prints is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect contact details, colors, or layout issues.
Colour Variation
Actual printed colours may vary slightly from digital screen previews due to differences in screens, printers, inks, paper, and production methods. Such minor variations are considered normal.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Product specifications
- Design approval time
- Material availability
- Unexpected production delays
We will make every effort to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe.
Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Returns & Replacement
As all products are customized, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product contains a manufacturing or printing defect caused by us.
Any issue should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs for verification.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, images, trademarks, and artwork submitted for printing.
Vikas Prints is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the printing order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or services.
